Marcy, Mike and their young son Owen live on a very large corner lot on a hillside up in the Oakland hills. Because the property is expansive and borders Joaquin Miller Park we wanted to create a intimate feel around the home. The plant pallet is a mix of native and Mediterranean plants that are drought tolerant, low maintenance and provide seasonal interest.
